About me

Hi , my name is Mio and I’m from Serbia. I’m 21 years old and I’m studying chemical engineering in Belgrade.

I started cooking a year ago, when I wanted to make a dinner for my friends. It entertained me, so I decided to make some more. That’s how I loved cooking, and here I am now, a year after, making my own blog. 🙂

I want to tell you that all my pictures are made by phone, so the quality of pictures is not so good, and I live in a rented apartment, so the dishes are not pretty too, but I make food with love and my biggest wish it to make some good recepies and you to like it, so please don’t mind on the quality of posts, because I gave my best.

  2. It’s not about dishes or food styling. It’s all about being passionate about food and sharing with friends and family! You’re off to a fabulous start, having just started cooking a year ago. I’ve read a lot of bios of chefs, and many of them were engineers because they discovered cooking! Keep up the good work!

  10. Same situation 🙂 I’m always proud of my dishes on a budget. Honestly, the best food is the freshest food. Can’t go wrong. Keep doing what you’re doing.

  23. Don’t worry about the photography or the dishes, its not about that, its about creating good food and sharing the recipes to others. Oh and enjoying the process at the same time. I use a old Samsung digital camera from the dark ages to take my pictures! I’m really impressed with your recipes and your preparation such as making your own sundried tomatoes and flavoured oils.

  29. Hi Milo, great idea this blog. I really like your pictures, please do not feel intimidated by other blogs. We’re students, it’s made with love and honestly, I think that especially people new to cooking (like students) will feel attracted by the simple ways and the knowledge that there are non-professionals behind it (maybe even self-taught) who make a blog because they want to share the love of making food and enjoying it with their friends. Looking forward to seeing more from you!
