Winter salad

This recipe serve two people, but it’s very easy to make for even 10 people if you want to. πŸ™‚

Ingredients

  • 200gr pastaDSC_1039
  • 50gr salami (ham is also good)
  • 1/2 of medium broccoli
  • 2 or 3 pickles
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 chilli (optional)
  • 40gr feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

First you need to cook the pasta in about 1l of boiling water and put about 5gr of salt. While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the other ingredients. Salami, chilli pepper and pickles cut on the same small chunks and onion cut in stripes. You can blanch the broccoli and cut in medium chunks. When the pasta is ready, combine everything, then add pepper, salt and feta cheese. You are ready to serve. In my oppinion it’s better to leave it in the fridge for half hour, and then serve, and please don’t overcook the broccoli. The best way to do it is to put a little boiled water in the pan and put the strainer with broccoli on the top and then steam the broccoli for 5 minutes.

This is very easy and healthy recepie that you can prepare in 20 minutes or less. Of course, you can replace the broccoli with any other vegetable you like more. I hope you will enjoy it. πŸ™‚
